- If you cancel your order after 12 hours of placing it, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. This is because we have already started working on your order and incurred some costs.

- If you cancel your order after we have delivered it, you will not be eligible for any refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying the full amount of your order.

- If we cancel your order due to any unforeseen circumstances, such as technical issues, server downtime, or service unavailability, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund to your account.

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates our terms of service, privacy policy, or refund policy.
